William C. Yoh Named Yoh President and CEO
PHILADELPHIA, PA – November 12, 2003 – William C. Yoh has been named President and CEO for Yoh Group, America's first technology staffing firm. In his new position, Bill will be responsible for the continued successful growth of the Company through the leadership and development of people, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and financial and operational management of the business. Bill takes over in this position for former President and CEO, Joseph Ucciferro, who will focus on his role as Executive VP, Commercial Operations for Day & Zimmermann, Yoh Group's parent company.Prior to his new position, Bill was Regional President for Yoh's Northeast
Region. Prior to joining Yoh, Bill served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Finance for Day & Zimmermann, where he was responsible for the Company's accounting, financial and treasury operations, information technology, corporate planning and strategy, process excellence, corporate marketing and government affairs. In his nine years with Day & Zimmermann, he has held progressively responsible positions in financial analysis and planning, as well as serving as the Sr. VP of Business Development for Day & Zimmermann NPS. Additionally, Bill spent two years at CSC Index, where he specialized in process re-engineering. Bill holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Duke University.
